Since 1997, the Alliance Partners, originally the Agent Alliance, has been a powerful voice for the channel.

This diverse industry consortium of technology businesses represents all industry sectors, from traditional communications to IT, cloud, storage and virtualization, mobility and converged IP services.

The Alliance is dedicated to fostering the best business outcomes and business practices nationwide for the channel ecosystem. It offers a unified point of contact for providers, with the scale to achieve benefits that are out of the reach of a single carrier. And, it’s is an important forum for education, collaboration and information-sharing, aimed at helping its members evolve their practices to remain competitive.

The Alliance is able to leverage the unique and diverse expertise of its formidable member owners to put this scale and knowledge into practice in highly pragmatic ways to create an environment of continuous growth and improvement, which benefits members, providers and clients alike.

Community Involvement

The Alliance also has a deep history of community and Industry involvement, particularly when it comes to working with industry events, the media and other organizations that are devoted to the development of the channel partner ecosystem.

Our members serve on numerous industry advisory boards at top carriers and suppliers, including at AT&T Partner Exchange, Lumen, CompTIA, inContact, Level 3, Lightower, Masergy, Navisite, PGi, QTS, ShoreTel, Terremark, Thinking Phones, Verizon, Windstream, XO, Zayo and 8X8—to name a few.

As far as industry recognition, Alliance partners routinely garner sales achievement and excellence awards, and have been honored by third-party media awards such as the CRN Channel Chiefs program, and recognition from Channel Partners.

Our individual members have also won numerous regional and national excellence awards, including being named as a Washington Post Top Workplace, a Virginia Business Top Workplace and a Best Place to Work by the Denver Business Journal.
