To enhance the value of this collective resource, the Alliance offers a platform for cross-member collaboration: the Member-to-Member Commerce (M2MC) initiative.A single channel organization can offer unparalleled access to a range of communications and technology options for their clients; but in the event that there are locations or connectivity options that are outside the purview of one Alliance member, our M2MC functionality can help.If a certain provider’s offering is a fit for a client solution, but the member designing the solution doesn’t have a direct relationship with that provider, the M2MC initiative allows participants to access a direct contract that another participating member holds within their individual portfolio.
